Success Story with Omnilink Management& Lane Crawford

In October 2004, Lane Crawford & Omnilink Management becomes an important customer to Volante Systems. Volante has successfully installed its POS solutions in the newly opened Cafe Costa and Martini Bar at IFC II Hong Kong. There are a total of 4 touch screen terminals and 7 printers supporting the two restaurants' operations through Volante's Enterprise solution. At Lane Crawford & Omnilink Management back office, Volante solution provides group level management control with enterprise reporting and operation access to monitor day-to-day transactions and productivities.

Tung Fong Hung (TFH) decided to go with Volante’s Peer-to-Peer POS solution.

Tung Fong Hung Group decided to go with Volante’s Peer-to-Peer Solution at their Retail Chain Stores in Hong Kong, PRC, Canada, Taiwan and Macau. The main objective for the new TFH retail system is to improve the efficiency of TFH retail business. Volante provides a customized one-stop solution that offers an integrated enterprise platform for its Retail POS (point-of-sales) operation and the warehouse operation along with the integration to an accounting system.

TFH new retail system includes four major modules from Volante:
· Volante Retail POS System
· Volante Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
· Volante Inventory Management System
· Accounting System

Customization work is scheduled to begin in late 2004 with the full implementation plan to be carried out during the year of 2005. The project includes the replacement of new POS hardware, as well as implementing Volante’s Retail POS System. The new system will ensure increase operational efficiency in frontline store level to back office level. Volante also provides all the post implementation support and training service to TFH group.
